Как создать и подключить ботаHow to create and connect the bot

1. В Telegram найдите @BotFather (с синей галочкой) и нажмите «Запустить».In Telegram find @BotFather (with a blue tick) and press “Start”.
2. Отправьте ему /newbot. Имя — любое, например «Мой Феникс». Адрес — латиницей, в конце «bot», например my_phoenix_123_bot.Send it /newbot. Any name, e.g. “My Phoenix”. The address — in Latin letters ending with “bot”, e.g. my_phoenix_123_bot.
3. BotFather пришлёт токен — строку вида 123456789:AAH… Скопируйте её целиком.BotFather sends a token — a string like 123456789:AAH… Copy all of it.
4. В Фениксе в карточке «Telegram-бот» нажмите «Вставить». «Бот включён» отметится сам, «Состояние» должно стать «работает».In Phoenix, in the “Telegram bot” card press “Paste”. “Bot on” ticks by itself, “State” should become “working”.
5. «Привязка аккаунта» → «Получить код»: появятся 6 цифр на 10 минут. Откройте своего бота, нажмите Start и отправьте ему эти цифры. Бот ответит «Привязано» — теперь он отвечает только вам.“Account link” → “Get code”: 6 digits appear for 10 minutes. Open your bot, press Start and send it these digits. The bot replies “Linked” — now it answers only you.

• Связь с Telegram — «авто» (если Telegram не открывается напрямую, программа сама пробует ваши прокси), напрямую или через выбранный прокси.Connection to Telegram — “auto” (if Telegram does not open directly, the program tries your proxies itself), direct or through a chosen proxy.
• Уведомления: алгоритм выключился (и почему), исполнения заявок, ошибки ключей и бирж, обрывы связи, отчёт за день в заданное время (PnL алгоритмов, работающие алгоритмы, счета); «Отчёт сейчас».Notifications: an algorithm stopped (and why), order fills, key and exchange errors, connection drops, a daily report at the set time (algorithm PnL, running algorithms, accounts); “Report now”.
• Феникс не отвечает — программа каждую минуту шлёт серверу Феникса «жив». Если сигнал пропал (компьютер выключился, завис, пропал интернет), сервер пишет в ваш чат через вашего бота через 3, 5, 10 или 30 минут. Для этого серверу уходят токен бота и ваш chat id; ключи бирж — нет. Обычное закрытие программы — без тревоги.Phoenix not responding — every minute the program sends the Phoenix server “alive”. Меню «Техподдержка» — написать разработчику прямо из программы. Ответ придёт в это же окно, а на пункте меню появится красная цифра.The “Support” menu — write to the developer right from the program. The reply comes into the same window, and a red number appears on the menu item.

1. Обращение — «Новое обращение» или одно из прежних (там видна переписка).Request — “New request” or one of the earlier ones (with the conversation).
2. Опишите, что произошло: что делали, что ожидали, что получилось и примерно когда. Если касается биржи или монеты — укажите их.Describe what happened: what you did, what you expected, what you got and roughly when. If it concerns an exchange or a coin — name them.
3. Журнал — за какое время приложить журнал программы. В журнале нет ключей и паролей.Log — for what period to attach the program log. The log contains no keys or passwords.
4. Связь с сервером — напрямую или через ваш прокси. «Отправить» — окно закроется, ход отправки виден на пункте «Техподдержка».Connection to the server — direct or through your proxy. “Send” — the window closes, the sending progress shows on the “Support” item.
5. Привязать Telegram — ответы поддержки будут приходить и в Telegram. Нажмите, откроется ссылка (действует 15 минут), нажмите «Старт» в Telegram. «Отвязать Telegram» — отменить.Link Telegram — support replies also come to Telegram. Press it, a link opens (valid 15 minutes), press “Start” in Telegram. “Unlink Telegram” — cancel.
